CAMPGROUND RULES      

1.    10 MPH Speed limit. 

2.    QUIET TIME 11 p.m.–7 a.m. All radios and boom boxes must be turned down or off by 10 p.m.          

3.    FIRES MUST BE CONTAINED IN FIRE RINGS - Burn wood or charcoal only –No garbage or trash.  Extinguish fires before leaving.

4.    CLEAN  YOUR SITE.  Leave it like you found it.  Remove all trash, cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc.  Dumpsters are provided for your trash.

5.    PETS must be kept on a leash at all times.  Do not leave your pet unattended.  You must pick-up all pet waste and repair any damage your pet makes.

6.    Any person registering must be 18 years old and will be responsible for persons in their party.

7.    Only 2 vehicles are allowed to park on one site. Any extra vehicles must park along the main road.

8.    Cable TV, phone, and internet available through Ace Group (507-896-3192 or www.acegroup.cc) and Mediacom (800-790-8187) at tenants' cost.

Current Rates:

April  – December

                        (includes water, sewer, and electric)

                        Nightly              $  25.00 (+ tax)

                        7 Nights            $ 140.00 (+ tax)

                        Monthly             $ 470.00 (tax included)

                       (utilities not included)
                        Seasonal            $1,100.00 (tax included)

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• At the time of your reservation we take a credit card number to hold your site.

• Should you need to cancel, you must call 14 days before your stay to avoid penalty.

• Any cancellation between 7-13 days will incur a penalty of $20.00.  No cancellations less than 7 days before your scheduled stay.

• Please note that we do adhere to our cancellation policy in all circumstances.  Bluffview Campground cannot be responsible for cancellations due to poor weather, work obligations or any other reason.

We reserve the right to evict anyone without refund who creates a disturbance. 

Not responsible for accidents or injury to our guest(s) or loss of valuables.
